I design, build, and ship end-to-end automation systems that let businesses operate with less manual overhead — from lead intake to CRM execution to reporting, running unattended in production. My work spans the full stack: workflow architecture (n8n, with clean ports to Make/Zapier), AI integration (Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini APIs for agentic workflows, scoring, qualification, and content generation), and the Python engineering underneath it (Scrapy, Playwright, Selenium) that fills the gaps no off-the-shelf integration covers.
I don't just wire tools together — I map how a business process actually works, spec out the trigger/logic/prompt/output layers before anything gets built, and document every system well enough that it can be handed off and scaled without me standing over it. That approach is backed by ten years running real business operations, including scaling a market launch to $80M in first-year sales, so the automations I build are grounded in how operations actually function, not just how APIs connect.

Bid Launch — construction lead engine across 5 US states
Every morning it scans 29 government bid portals, 12 job-start feeds and 5 contractor directories for a Gulf Coast specialty contractor. It keeps only work in the client's trades, tags each listing Upcoming, Open or Awarded, geocodes it, drafts a short brief and publishes it to a shared Notion board — 6,000+ records so far. 26 live n8n workflows run on top of a browser-scraping service on Railway, and every failed source raises its own Slack alert.
A 102-node n8n workflow that turns a busy Slack channel into an accountable work queue. An LLM judges at intake which messages are real asks, each one gets a deduplicated Notion task, and unanswered threads escalate on a schedule. A second, independent AI pass detects on its own when a thread has actually been resolved, so it stops chasing without anyone clicking done.
A complete sales and inventory management system built for a seafood (oyster) shop. It runs real-time two-way sync of products, customers, and invoices with Google Sheets without any middleware (n8n). Features a dashboard for sales, profit, and expenses, fine-grained staff permissions, and automatic thermal receipt printing.

Takes a raw B2B contact list, forward-fills the gaps real spreadsheets always have, and checks every lead against a dedup ledger before spending anything on it. A separate FastAPI service scans each company homepage for tech-stack markers, careers pages, and social links, then the enriched record is upserted into the CRM and written back to a sheet the whole team can open.
LeadSniper — AI call scoring with a daily SMS digest
Every completed sales call is scored the moment it ends, weighing budget, urgency, decision-making authority, and engagement. At 6:00am the CEO gets a single text with only the three hottest leads from the day before. Two independent trigger paths share one data store — no dashboard to check, no inbox to dig through.
Five n8n workflows behind one storefront agent. It answers from a live catalog, and because every product carries a minimum price and a maximum discount, it negotiates gradually toward that floor instead of refusing outright or over-discounting — and never reveals where the floor is. Confirmed orders are handed to the carrier and returned with tracking, while a dashboard tracks sales, conversion, and top products.
